Unlike traditional architects who typically charge 8–15% of build costs upfront, our innovative fee structure is designed to reduce your initial outlay and keep us fully invested in your success—from the very first design concept to the final handover. Here’s how we do it:

Starting from AU$7,500 Initial Fee + 3.5% of Build Cost

(Included in your construction contract, ensuring payments align with project milestones)
